Exhibitor Agreement

Requesting Exhibitor Tables at OwlCon constitutes acceptance by the Exhibitor of the terms set forth in this document.

1. Definition of Terms
   1. The Exhibitor and all employees thereof are hereafter referred to as "Exhibitor."
   2. Fast Warp is a Rice University student club. Officers of Fast Warp will hereafter be collectively referred to as "Fast Warp Officers" and any one of this group as "Fast Warp Officer".
   3. OwlCon is a gaming convention, organized and operated by Fast Warp, that occurs annually at Rice University (Houston, TX). The OwlCon gaming convention will hereafter be referred to as "OwlCon."
   4. The Rice University Police Department is the law enforcement organization with jurisdiction over OwlCon.
2. Agreement
   1. Exhibitor agrees to meet all of the following conditions as a requirement for being a dealer at OwlCon:
      1. Exhibitor will not be in possession of any contraband at any time at OwlCon for any reason. This includes possession of contraband for purposes of selling, as personal property, or for any other reason. Contraband, for purposes of this agreement, includes the following items:
         1. Weapons (examples include: knives, swords, axes, firearms). The Rice University Police Department no longer grants exceptions to this university policy.
         2. Any Illegal Items (examples include: illegal drugs, bootleg recorded media).
         3. Any Adult Material (examples include: pornographic videos and/or printed material).
      2. Exhibitor will inform all employees that will be present at OwlCon of the details of this agreement prior to their participation at OwlCon.
      3. Exhibitor will make a reasonable effort to share resources with fellow Exhibitors, to include: unloading space, equipment dollies, and electrical outlets.
      4. Exhibitor will make an effort to avoid unduly obstructing the view of other Exhibitor booths. OwlCon reserves the right to limits displays or behavior that interferes with the ability of other Exhibitors to to conduct their business.
   2. Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined in Section 2.1 can result in any or all of the following actions:
      1. Expulsion of Exhibitor from OwlCon without any refund of dealer fees.
      2. Confiscation of contraband.
      3. Expulsion of employees of Exhibitor. Replacement employees of Exhibitor may be allowed at the Fast Warp Officers' discretion.
